Luxury in hand of everyone...

Luxury is something not all the people can have, that's the cruel reality, but it is not always because of lack of money or because people don't like it; sometimes it is just because stores hadn't arrived to their living place yet!

That is one truth we cannot ignore. Luxury and retail shops make some big decision on where to place a new store based on the quantity of rich people in the area, and it is something understandable at the end but what about everyone else?

We've noticed sometimes people need to move more than an hour by car from one city to another just to shop some luxury goods, sometimes it isn't that easy. For example, in Mexico (the birth place of our brand) the only place where you can find two LV stores nearby is Mexico City, besides this, there is nowhere else you can find this scenario.

This shops are so inflexible with people and cities, they ignore the reality under their eyes, one example we can tell you of this is Toluca, a big city which is the capital of Mexico's State hadn't seen any of this stores, not even a Coach in all the life of the state. Another example is Texcoco, same in Mexico's State, growing city, with the future biggest airport in Latin America has been ignored by the principal retail stores in Mexico, Liverpool and Palacio de Hierro though a big number of it's residents consume luxury goods. A little further more is Jalisco, and Puebla, and Veracruz, and Guanajuato...etc.

That is what we want to avoid in our brand. We want the people to get the luxury they want in accesible places near them, without it being a tired experience. Many costumers prefer internet shopping (and we are not recriminating anything) because they don't have enough time to drive a couple hours away from their home just to buy a single Versace t-shirt. Many stores are closing because of the lack of costumers, but it is their fault for not making of the experience something pleasant and comfortable.

We want to give our costumers the best shopping experience of their life, taking care in every aspect to make our costumers as comfortable as we can. We want them to be a part of the family.

Our friendship, respect and attention will always be with you wherever you are, it doesn't matter if you just read our blog, if you are just a frequent costumer in our shops, if you just like to be inside our stores admiring things (many of us had done that, let's face it, there's nothing wrong with it) or if you are the three of them; we want you to feel we are your family and we will always be here with you to help you having the best style in your hand.
